Sallie Allgood is a research assistant for the CHANGE project. She joined the CHANGE program because of her interest in improving the health and wellbeing of North Carolinians and the role community health workers can play in this. Sallie is also a PhD student at UNC’s School of Nursing. When she is not working, Sallie enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and hopes to instill her passion for do-it-yourself to her girls.
